NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

     New product development is a priority for Chien Ti Enterprise’s in its continuing and sustaining operations, Before any new product is introduced to the market, a substantial investment in research & development will have been made in key areas such as product and market research, design & development (including concept proposals, mock ups, & 3D modeling), product engineering (including the development of 2D designs, product specification and design reviews, development of manufacturing tooling equipment), prototype presentation along with demonstration, validation and approval activities), and finally pre-production (with product work out and de-bugging activities) short run manufacturing before any product receives final manufacturing approval and is launched into formal production .

 




 PRODUCTION PROCEDURE    

      Chien Ti Enterprise takes great pride in our completely modern production line and facilities. Chien Ti produces many key sub-assemblies and components such as transaxles and support frames in house from raw materials which are machined and finished to very stringent specifications before they are distributed as finished goods and replacement parts to customers all over the world.

 


QUALITY CONTROL

     Prior to delivery, all parts and assembled products undergo a multitude of stringent quality inspections and function tests which are all necessary in order to maintain the excellent reputation for quality and integrity that Chien Ti Enterprise has worked long and hard to earn.

    Chien Ti’s quality control system covers everything from material/part receiving inspection (using 3D computer controlled coordinate measuring equipment), through sub-assembly in-process inspection, (which covers assemblies like the motor/transaxle) then VR inspection, and finally product acceptance testing & inspection which uses an inspection card check sheet method to check such areas as external body appearance, capability, control system operation, and electrical system function.

    The result of each product being subjected to this strict and extensive quality control process and system is a final product which consistently meets the highest quality standards in the industry.
